At Drive Assist, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our users. Below are the refund guidelines for driver bookings:
A refund of the booking amount will be processed under the following conditions:
A full refund is applicable if cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance.
If a booking is made after 9:00 PM for a trip starting anytime between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM the next day, no refund will be processed in case of cancellation.
If the trip is canceled after the driver has already reached the pickup location, an additional charge of Rs 250 will be deducted for the driver’s travel expenses.
Refunds will be processed within 2 working days after receiving the cancellation request.
