At Drive Assist, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our users. Below are the refund guidelines for driver bookings:
A refund of the booking amount will be processed under the following conditions:
Bookings for journeys starting after 7:00 AM:
A full refund is applicable if cancellation is made at least 3 hours in advance.
Bookings for journeys starting before 7:00 AM:
A full refund is applicable if cancellation is made before 9:00 PM on the previous day (i.e., the night before the journey).
If a booking is made after 9:00 PM for a trip starting anytime between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM the next day, no refund will be processed in case of cancellation.
If the trip is canceled after the driver has already reached the pickup location, an additional charge of Rs 200 will be deducted for the driver’s travel expenses.
Refunds will be processed within 2 working days after receiving the cancellation request.
